Abstract
The uniaxial anisotropy for reflection coefficients for optically opaque surfaces of samples is calculated by measuring light intensity distribution in more than one image obtained with specific and controlled relations between the polarisation analyser (7) and sample (5) orientation. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the analysis device.
