Abstract

The rotational speed meter fastening method involves arranging the meter (36) at a coupling device (10) on a rotor shaft (30) of the electrical machine whose speed is to be measured. A hole (34) is provided in the shaft along its axis and a fastening is freely screwed on the base of the hole, with the fastening element secured with a screw against rotation relative to the shaft (30). At least one part of the coupling is mounted on the rotational speed meter and the coupling is arranged between the fastening element and the speed meter in the hole. Independent claims are included for the coupling device and an electrical machine containing the speed meter and the coupling device.
