Abstract
An accumulator tank (2) contains a fuel combustion chamber (5) in the middle section, flue gas passages (9) in the top section, heat exchange pipe loops (15, 16) for providing hot tap water, heat exchange pipe loops for heating water using solar energy in the bottom section, and connections (17, 18) for radiator water. The solar energy heat exchanger pipes extend spirally over the entire length of the tank. The flue gas passages extend horizontally inside a combustion insert in the top section of the tank and contain screw-shaped turbulators for reduce flue gas velocity.
