Abstract

The dispenser has a housing formed with a bottom outlet opening (14), and an interior space that can accommodate at least two web-shaped material rolls (16,17). One of the roll is secured at the lower use position next to the bottom opening by a vertical disc plate (18)having a flange (19), while the other roll is secured at the upper standby position by a locking unit (24). The disc plate is energized by a spring and is interlocked with the locking unit, such that the upper roll is fixed at the standby position when a lower roll is secured to the disc plate. The upper roll moves down to the use position, when the lower roll is removed from the disc plate.
