Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random access control system for reducing the delay of reception at the base station of access burst from each mobile station in a code division multiple access(CDMA) mobile communication network provided with the base station, a plurality of mobile stations, incoming random access channel from the plurality of mobile stations to the base station to be shared among the plurality of mobile stations, and outgoing channel from the base station to the plurality of mobile stations. SOLUTION: Each mobile station 1 has received power measuring sections 14 and 13 for measuring the received power of a signal on the outgoing channel as measured power and access burst transmitting sections 12, 11 and 10 for transmitting the access burst to the incoming random access channel with transmission power higher than the measured power when performing access from each mobile station 1 to the incoming random access channel.
