Abstract

The fire propagation prevention device has separate conduits (9) communicating with an exhaust air drain (6) and a second conduit (13) communicating with the arrangement (11) for generating a negative pressure, which are connected to a volume (12) included in the conduit arrangement. The volume is formed by a container (14) which is adapted to form a liquid trap separating the first conduits (9) from each other when it is filled with liquid. A valve (19) is arranged between the container (14) and the receiver (17). The valve is connected to a control device which is arranged to normally keep the valve open but closes upon the risk of fire and/or fire gases propagation.
