The present invention relates to vaccine compositions useful for inducing a protective immune reponse to Helicobacter pylori infection. The invention furthermore relates to the use of Helicobacter pylori polypeptides in the manufacture of compositions for the treatment, prophylaxis or diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection.
