Abstract

The unit creates a vacuum together with a temperature controlled and wind activated throttle unit, preferably arranged to follow the wind direction, in connection with an opening or channel for output air, at low outside temperature (approximately +5 degrees Celsius and lower) throttles the output air area and/or counteracts the ventilation caused by the effect of both wind and inherent draught, whilst at higher temperature the ventilation caused by the vacuum creating unit and the wind-activated and temperature-controlled throttle unit successively rises.
