Abstract

Locking lever (12) and button (13) are a single piece made from polyacetal resin whose lever is bent in U shape, the lever unit permanently spring-loaded (15) so it projects from the actuator handle (4). The locking lever element (24) engages the first element (20) of the throttle lever (11), the lever protended to form the button and pivotally held on the handle. The throttle lever (121) and lever are mounted in one of the two hollow handle parts (4a,4b). Otherwise the spring-load of the lever and button consists of the reversed end of the lever, and a throttle lever control (28) can be engaged with lever to prevent this protruding too far from the handle. When inactive, the throttle lever element (11b) is engaged with the lever element (24), thus keeping the throttle pressed inwards. When the handle is depressed, the lever twists round thus disengaging element (20) and enabling the throttle lever to be pressed down and inwards, thus freeing the throttle wire (19) to be pulled etc.
