Abstract

The building module has load-bearing fixtures (6,8) for suspension of at sanitary units (1,2). The fixture can be fitted in a position in connection with a bathroom wall or similar and can be anchored in the body of the house. The fixture is formed in one piece of plate, with bent long sides (6B) and diagonal braces (6C). The long sides extend between a base part (3) and a water discharge unit (10) including a top part (12). The water discharge unit causes the seal to slope against penetrating water between a top plate (9) and the wall. The fixture in the part with the top part is fitted against the wall by means of a wall mounting unit (16) adjustable in a horizontal direction. The base part (3) by means of fixture components (5) can be fastened to a base (3), which in turn can be anchored to the room floor reinforcement, with height adjustment being effected by means of height adjustment screws (4).
