Abstract
The invention relates to an inductive component having a relay and inductor function. According to the invention, one and the same magnetic circuit is used for both the relay and the inductor function. The inductive component includes a fixed part (22, 32, 52) and a movable part (21, 31, 51) with an air gap (24, 44, 53) therebetween, and further includes a coil having two windings. The first winding is adapted to receive a strong current and therewith attract the movable part towards the fixed part, therewith providing the relay function, whereas the other winding is adapted to receive a weak current that will not influence the position of the movable part, such as to provide the inductor function.
