Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a perpetual mobile of the first kind driven by energy virtually free of charge by specifying the relationship among the inside diameter of a lifting pipe, the inside diameter of a pipe provided with a control mechanism, the flow velocity in the pipe and the head.
