Abstract

Disclosed is a syringe needle cap comprising, an elastic ring member which is rich in flexibility; the elastic ring member having a through hole bored in a proper portion thereof so as to allow a syringe needle to pass through the hole; a cap body provided in the portion of the elastic ring member nearly opposite to the through hole; the cap body having a blind-end receiving hole bored therein so as to be capable of accommodating the tip of the syringe needle; and the cap body also having a needle hole bored therein so as to lie adjacent to the receiving hole in the displacement of a required angle; whereby the syringe needle is caused to pass through the through hole of the elastic ring member and the root of the needle is fixed to the ring member; whereby in the e unused condition of the syringe needle, the tip of the needle may be accommodated in the receiving hole of the cap body by releasing the pressing force after the ring member is pressed to be stretched; and whereby in the used condition of the syringe needle, the ring member is again pressed to be stretched, so that the tip of the needle is caused to leave from the receiving hole and then the needle is caused to pass through the through hole, so that the needle tip is exposed outside the cap body.
