Abstract
The primary movement requires greater compressed air force than the return movement. The pneumatic machine work chamber (5) is coupled with the compressed air-free return chamber (7) at the end of the piston (2) work stroke, so that the pressure in the work chamber is evenly distributed to the return chamber. The earlier pressurised work chamber, after pressure compensation between the chambers, holds lower pressure than during the work stroke. It is evacuated and the pressure in the presently pressurised return chamber is used to execute the return stroke of the piston.
