Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic field coupling input/output device where the adjustment range of Qe is extended without changing the influence upon the internal dielectric provided in the space in a microwave transmission circuit or in the space in or on the inside of a microwave resonator. CONSTITUTION: A main conductive plate 7 which is fixed to a metallic panel 5 and is not deformed and a conductive plate 8 for adjustment which is provided in the vicinity of the main conductive plate 17 and is nearer the metallic panel 5 than the main conductor 7 are provided, and the effective area of a loop for magnetic field coupling is changed by deformation of the conductive plate 8 for adjustment. Thus, Qe is adjusted in a wide range from the outside without using large-sized screws.
