Abstract

Between the plates and the walls is formed a space which can be ventilated. The plates comprise glass panels, fixed to the profile strips by adhesion. Devices are provided for closing in a damp and watertight manner an intermediate space between the glass panels and the room ceiling and between the glass panel lower edge and the room walls or the room floor. The profile strips are provided with doubly adhesive, prefer. betyl (RTM) strips, which are arranged to retain the glass panels against the profile strips. The seams between the glass panels are sealed with a mould-resistant rubber mass, pref. acryl rubber. The glass panels are of 6 mm hard glass with colour and pattern decoration in ceramic material.
