Abstract

The acceleration mouthpiece comprises a nozzle which atomises and accelerates drops or accelerates gas. To the nozzle are fed three flows: a chemical flow in gas or liq. form, an atomising/accelerating medium comprising compressed air or steam and an acceleration flow comprising compressed air or steam. In a first stage, the chemical flow is finely distributed and accelerated to a drop or gas jet. In a second stage, the jet is accelerated to high speed. Through the accelerated jet, chemicals are cast out with great force to the vol. in front of the nozzle mouthpiece. With the different physical properties in the fluid/gas it is desirable to activate the fine distribution and acceleration functions in the mouthpiece. This can occur through the pressure for the chemical (8), atomising (7) and acceleration medium (4) being varied.
