Abstract

A surrounding and limiting edge part (4) extends from the inner plane (2). This allows draining of fluid from a product to drain to an area near the frying-pan edge part where it can evaporate without any negative effect on the frying operation. The slope can be alternatively produced by the pan inner plane (2) and its opposing outer plane (3) being formed with an angularly different extent relatively to one another, or through a plate-shaped part with an upper plane and a lower plane with differing angular extent placed between a bottom part (1) of the pan and a cooking plate.
