Abstract

The damping chamber (12) of a reciprocating pump (13) is linked to a bore (15) in a housing (11). The bore (15) is intersected roughly at righ angles by a second bore (14) into which is packed a throttling device (18) which bridges the intersection area. A throttle bore (22) passing through the throttle wall (18) is located in the cross section of the connecting bore (15).
