Abstract

The device includes a transistor 2 whose collector-emitter path is intended to be connected in series with the armature winding of the motor 1, between the two poles of a direct-current voltage supply 3, a sensor 4 providing a signal indicative of the current flowing in the collector-emitter path of the transistor 2, and a current-regulator circuit 5,10 including an amplifier 5 with a first input 5a for a control signal, a second input 5b connected to the current sensor 4, and an output connected to the transistor 2 for regulating the current flowing in the collector-emitter path in dependence on the control signal and on the signal provided by the current sensor 4. An integrating network 11, 12 is interposed between the second input 5b and the output of the amplifier 5 and improves the stability of the device as a whole, particularly at high frequencies. <IMAGE>
