Abstract

In an arrangement for interconnecting two adjoining canvas portions (1, 2) of a vehicle cover, the canvas portions can be connected by the interaction between a strip (5) having channel-shaped cavities (6, 6') with longitudinal slots (7, 7'), and beads (8, 8') provided in adjacent vertical marginal areas of the canvas portions. The strip (5) can be passed on to the beads from below and upwards along the joint. At a lower end, the strip (5) has a through hole (11) for receiving a loop or ring which is mounted on the vehicle and through which a seal-line is to be passed in order to seal the vehicle cover and the strip.
