Abstract

The internal drums (18,19) provided with drums are rotatably located on shafts (16,17) which are parallel with the driving shaft (2). Each drum is firmly connected to a coaxial gearwheel (14,15) which in turn engages a similar wheel (13) connected to the driven shaft (3). Each of the internal drums with blades has an inner work chamber which is divided by the blades into intercommunicating compartments. A fluid is present in one part of the work chamber, and exerts reaction forces under varying loads in order to maintain a balance between the shafts.
