Abstract
The subject of the invention is a method for regulating the combine-harvester threshing capacity, according to which the threshing capacity is regulated by varying the threshing speed of the combine harvester. According to the invention, to regulate the threshing capacity, the quantity and/or moisture of the straw (2) in the straw-shaking chamber is measured continuously or at specific time intervals. The threshing speed of the combine harvester is regulated on the basis of the measurement result in such a way that the threshing speed of the combine harvester is reduced with an increasing straw quantity and/or straw moisture and is increased correspondingly in the opposite case. For measurement, at least one measurement transducer (3, 7) recording the straw quantity and/or straw moisture is arranged in the straw-shaking chamber of the combine harvester. <IMAGE>
