Abstract
The structure consists of telescopic tubes and has a system for locking one of the tubes to the other in any desired position. The outer tube (2) has a lug (22) projecting from one side and a smaller lug (17) projecting from the opposite side. The inner tube (1) has a ring (9) with a lug on one side with a tapped hole. This hole receives a locking screw (23) which has a flat end face which abuts against the lug (22) of the outer tube (2). Screwing the screw (23) against the lug tilts the inner tube (1) relative to the outer tube (2) so that the two tubes are wedged together. At the same the ring (9) is wedged to the inner tube (1).
