Abstract
A coupling arrangement comprises a displaceable unit, for example a valve cone, inner sleeve etc. arranged in its medium duct. Depending on its longitudinal displacement position, the unit determines the magnitude of the flow of the medium from a first part to a second part of the medium duct. In this way, the unit can, for example, work with a full-flow position and one or more positions in which the flow is completely or partly throttled. The unit is provided with an unsealable passage, for example in the form of one or more grooves, which can be activated in a predetermined longitudinal displacement position, which in one embodiment is constituted by an end position, of the unit. <IMAGE>
