PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification of structure, reduction of weight and the cost down by inserting a single hanging chain, mounting a hook in both the ends, being able to fixedly adjust right and left length to be changed into length adjusting fixing metal fixture pivotally mounted to a hoist metal fixture. CONSTITUTION:Length adjusting fixing metal fixtures 2, 2 are pivotally mounted to a hoist metal fixture 1, and a single hanging chain 3, which mounts to its both ends hooks 4, 4, is inserted, being able to fixedly adjust right and left lengths to be changed, through the length adjusting fixing metal fixtures 2, 2.
