Abstract

The separation system is intended especially for sand, grease separators. Each separator has a service well (1) and a container for the separated material (2). The system consists of basic parts such as a service well part (3) as well as of at least one additional part (6, 7), or optional part. According to the system, at least a series of separators are to be manufactured such that the basic parts (3-5) of the smallest of the series' separators are interconnected, and the larger separators feature additional parts (6,7) connected to the basic parts (3-5) such that the additional part/parts (6,7) are located between the service well part (3) and the connecting ring part (4), and/or between the connecting ring part (4) and the bottom part (5).<IMAGE>
