Abstract

Arrangement for an opening (3) for the purpose of achieving a sealed lead-through for an electrical conductor (2, 2<1>), for instance, or some other desired object through the opening. An expandable sealing body (4) with a passageway (8) for the conductor, etc., in question is capable of being accommodated in said opening (3), with a counter-pressure component (6, 7) to either side of said sealing body, taken in the direction of leading through, with a connecting device (5) capable of actuating both the aforementioned counter-pressure components being so arranged, upon actuation, as to permit the compression of the sealing body (4) between the counter-pressure components (6, 7), so that the sealing body (4) expands in order to clamp the components securely to the opening (3), at the same time sealing the opening (3).
