Abstract

The invention relates to a drying arrangement in particular for products which are difficult to dry. The drying arrangement comprises a predrying part 1 in the form of a belt drier, and a final drying part 2 arranged following this in the direction of flow of the product 4 to be dried. The drying gases conducted through the final drying part have been guided to the predrying part 1 for predrying of the product to be dried. To achieve an optimally functioning drying arrangement, the final drying part 2 consists of a fluid bed drier known per se. The drying gases have moreover been divided into two parts KO, KL, one part KO of which is guided past the fluid bed drier and combined after the fluid bed drier with the other part KL of the drying gas, which flows through the fluid bed drier. <IMAGE>
