Abstract

The front end of the trolley (1) comprises a pair of gripper arms (23,24) arranged parallel to the trolley axle (4) at a distance in front of it. Each of the gripper arms is articulately connected at one end (25,26) to a pivot shaft around which they can be turned in a plane parallel to the trolley axle. Each of the two grip arms has a gripping unit (27,28) which can engage the sides of a slab. - At least one support component (12) is fitted at a level beneath the pivot shaft and under each grip arm in a position between the inner and outer ends of the grip arms. Against this support component, the grip arms can rest when they are not carrying a concrete slab.
