Abstract

The invention is an electroacoustic transducer with an electrode (2), an electret diaphragm (1) drawn over the electrode, and electrical connectors for the transducer. Components are held in place at a body (6) by a lid (12). In the invention, the lid, which is made of an electrically insulating material, has a layer (14) of elastic and electrically conductive material. The layer (14) lies partly against the electrical connectors and partly against the electret diaphragm (1) as projections (18). It is thus connected electrically with the electrical connectors. The projections (18) can be shaped in such a way that they hold the diaphragm (1) taut over the electrode (2) by means of friction in the event of elastic deformation.<IMAGE>
