Abstract

The rotary harrow for towing by a tractor has a transverse frame with a row of rotary tines coupled together and driven from the tractor power take-off. The drive mechanism between the power take-off and the tines contains one or more elastic members. This absorbs shock loads emanating from the tines (6) on encountering stones, earth of different hardness etc.
