Abstract

The device comprises a socket accomodating the bottom of an upright (8) and having four walls and a bottom (3). A screw (9) pulls the upright or stake down into the socket. An elastic wedge (12) fits between an inner socket wall (4) and the bottom of the upright. On the outside, at the top is an elastic cushion (13) of e.g. polyurethane, to damping out vibration.
