Abstract
The antibiotics aclacinomycin A and B which have anticancer activity, and mixtures thereof, are obtained by cultivation of the strain 12/3-A of Streptomyces lavendofoliae under aerobic conditions in a nutrient medium which contains carbon- and nitrogen-containing compounds at a temperature of 20 - 30 DEG C and at a pH of 6 - 8.5 for 48 - 96 h.
