Abstract

The pushbutton unit comprises a number activating buttons, an elastic sheet with for each button a bubble-shaped, spring-back part, and at least one printed circuit, on which there is a contact point corresponding to each button. Between the bubble-shaped parts is an elastic component of electri electrically conductive material which in a first position for the button adopts an unactivated position where there is no effect between it and the electrical contact. In its second position, the elastic component works in conjunction with the electrical contact. Between the elastic component and the circuit surface is an insulating layer with holes for the bubble-shaped parts of the elastic sheet. (Provisional Basic advised week 84/29)
