Abstract

A safety arrangement on a firing tube for a rotating projectile. The arrangement involves a safety slide (7) which, during the arming of the firing tube, performs an arming motion, which clears the way for an ignition tip (6) in an ignition chain, and a spinning rotor (4) with a detonator (5), which is designed to move forward, during the arming of the firing tube, towards said ignition chain. A blocking element (15), in the form of a stiff wire, plays a restricting role on the rotor (4) and is connected to the slide (7) in such as way that this , during its arming motion, brings the blocking device (15) out of said blocking engagement with the rotor.<IMAGE>
