Abstract

Method for sealing a surface crack (3a) and communicating inner cavities (3) in concrete constructions and the like through the injection of thermosetting plastic. A hole (4) is drilled from the surface to the area of the inner cavities (3b) using a rotating core bit with diamond or tungsten carbide particles. Once contact with the inner cavities has been established by drilling fluid being forced out of the surface crack (3a), the surface crack (3a) is sealed and both the bore hole (4) and the cavities (3b) are filled by means of injection.<IMAGE>
