Abstract

Oxidation resistant alloys comprise alloys which comprise from 20 to 25 weight per cent of chromium, from 4 to 12 weight per cent of aluminium, from 0.1 to 3 weight per cent of yttrium and the balance iron and alloys which comprise from 10 to 25 weight per cent of chromium, from 2 to 12 weight per cent of aluminium, from 0.01 to less than 0.1 weight per cent of yttrium and the balance iron.
