Abstract

Multi-storey building and heat maintenance of its premises by means of air. The building is intended for office and residential purposes and comprises a multi-storey building structure extending substantially in east-west direction, the floor structures of which at least to some extent are formed with hollow channels for the transport of air and have substantial mass for energy accumulation. The building structure is divided into two parts (3, 4), which are located one on each side of an imagined vertical plane (2) in the longitudinal direction of the building structure. The part (3) facing the north is arranged for office purposes, and the part (4) facing the south is arranged for residential purposes. The hollow channels (5) in the floor structure of the residential part (4) are separated from the floor structure of the office part, and a connecting duct (6) is provided, which in open state connects an outlet (11) for spent air from the office part (3) to the hollow channel system (5) in the floor structure of the residential part (4), so that surplus energy (heat-cold) can be transferred therethrough from the office part to the residential part and due to the floor structure mass is accumulated for being utilized in the residential part during a certain period of the day and night cycle.
