Abstract

Flow of liquid from inlet duct 13 to outlet duct 14 is controlled by a quarter-turn of valve member 2 effected by control knob 3. Member 2 has double O-ring seals 9 to prevent leakage and an elbowed passage 18 to reduce turbulence. A sealing ring 8 in the outlet duct which engages the part-spherical body 16 is held in place by a resilient snap-in ring 4. <IMAGE>
