Abstract

A bearing holder (10) for flexibly suspending a bearing (18) has two interconnected frames (11, 12) lying in the same plane and supporting a bearing housing (17), the outer frame (11) being connected to the inner frame (12) by a first pair of bars (13, 14), and the inner frame (12) being connected to the housing (17) by a second par of bars (15, 16) perpendicular to the first pair. The bars are made of resilient material so that the bearing (18) is movable relative to the outer frame (11) to take up tilting movements of a shaft (19) running in the bearing (18). <IMAGE>
