1442886 Heat-shrinkable bag UNION CARBIDE CORP 9 Oct 1974 [10 Oct 1973] 43712/74 Heading B8K [Also in Division C3] Heat shrinkable packaging bags of plastic film are made of blends of (1) 15 to 40 weight per cent of high density polyethylene having a density in the range 0.94 to 0.98 g./c.c. at 25‹C and (2) low density polyethylene having a density in the range 0.91 to 0.93 g./c.c. at 25‹C, the bags having at least one heat-seal. The bags may be gusseted, and preferably have tails of unfused film extending exteriorly of the bags beyond the heat-seals.
