Claims (12)
1. En metod för bildning av härdytor pä en artikel (10), innefattande stegen: - tillhandahållande (S10) av en artikel (10) som ska bearbetas; - exponering (S20) av nämnda artikel (10) för stötkroppar (20) och för volframkarbidpartiklar (22) ; nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (22) tillhandahålls som minst en av volframkarbidpartiklar inkluderade i nämnda stötkroppar och volframkarbidpartiklar (22) tillhandahällna direkt i en processvätska (24) som en dispersion; där nämnda stötkroppar (20) är solida kroppar med en genomsnittlig diameter inom intervallet 0,1 till 10 mm, och helst 0,5 till 5 mm; - skapande (S30) av en hastighetsskillnad mellan ytorna (12) pä nämnda artikel (10) och nämnda stötkroppar (20), vilket orsakar slag mellan nämnda stötkroppar (20) och ytorna (12) pä nämnda artikel (10), vilket ger en polerande verkan; där minst 80% av nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (22) har partikelstorlekar inom intervallet 0,1 - 5 um; och - inbäddning (S40) av volframkarbidpartiklar (14) i nämnda ytor (12) pä nämnda artikel (10), inhamrande av nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (14) i nämnda artikel (10) genom användning av energin frän nämnda stötar.
2. Metoden enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att nämnda steg att exponera (S20) nämnda artikel (10) innefattar exponering av nämnda artikel (10) för nämnda processvätska (24) i vilken nämnda stötkroppar är tillförda och i vilken nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (22) är tillförda.
3. Metoden enligt krav 2, kännetecknad av att nämnda processvätska (24) med nämnda stötkroppar (20) har en viskositet av 1 till 10 Cp vid rumstemperatur.
4. Metoden enligt krav 2 eller 3, kännetecknad av att nämnda processvätska (24) innefattar en av rena oljor och vattenburna syntetiska vätskor.
5. Metoden enligt nägot av kraven 1 till 4, kännetecknad av att minst 80% av nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (22) har partikelstorlekar inom intervallet 0,2 - 2 pm.

9. Metoden enligt nägot av kraven 2 till 5, kännetecknad av att nämnda volframkarbidpartiklar (22) är suspenderade i nämnda processvätska (24) och nämnda stötkroppar innefattar minst en av: WC-Co, WC-Ni, stäl, och keramiska kroppar.
10. Metoden enligt nägot av kraven 1 till 9, kännetecknad av att nämnda stötkroppar (20) har en medeldiameter inom intervallet 0,5 - 5 mm, och företrädelsevis inom intervallet 1 - 3 mm. 1 1.
