Claims (6)
1. En laseremitterande anordning (100) som omfattar, - en rumslig modulator som omfattar ett flertal individuellt adresserbara kolv- eller avböjnings pixelelement, - minst en laseremitter som är fäst på en övre yta av minst två av de flera individuellt adresserbara pixelelementen (110), där den rumsliga modulatorn är konfigurerad för att i drift fasmodulera det emitterade ljuset från laseremittenterna (100) för att styra ett förutbestämt ljusmönster till en förutbestämd position.
2. Laseremitterande anordning (100) enligt anspråk 1, där de individuellt adresserbara pixelelementen (110) är piezo- eller elektrostatiskt drivna kolvpixlar.
3. Den laseremitterande anordningen (100) enligt anspråk 1, där de individuellt adresserbara pixelelementen element (110) är elektrostatiskt styrda avböjningspixlar.
4. Laseremitterande anordning (100) enligt något av de föregående påståendena, i vilken laser är en VCSEL, en kantemitterande laserkälla, en LED, en superluminescerande emitterande diod eller liknande.
5. Laseremitterande anordning (100) enligt något av de föregående påståendena, som dessutom omfattar följande. en polarisator (600) som är placerad framför matrisen av laseremittenterna (100).
6. Laseremitterande anordning (100) enligt något av de föregående påståendena, där en eller flera en eller flera lasersändare (100) är konfigurerade för polarisationsmodulering av det utsända ljuset för att styra en för att styra ett förutbestämt ljusmönster till en förutbestämd position.
