Abstract
A method (100) and vehicle (200) for planting plant seedlings (210) in at least a predetermined set of planting positions is provided. The planting is performed using the vehicle. The vehicle comprising a scarifier (230) configured to prepare the ground at the predetermined set of planting positions (220), a ground analyzing device (240) for analyzing the ground and a plant arm (250) for planting plant seedlings. The ground is prepared such that at least one depression (275) and at least one mound (270), adjacent the at least one depression, are created. Based on the analyzing of the ground it is determined whether at least one of the at least one mound and the at least one depression is unsuitable for planting. A plant seedling is planted in at least one of the at least one mound and the at least one depression.
