Abstract

The disclosure relates to a blank for forming an insert for a package, the blank comprising a paper-based layer, and an insulating layer, the paperbased layer comprising a first set of panels and a second set of panels being arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction. The first set of panels comprising a first and second side wall panel and a first bottom panel, and the second set of panels comprising a third and fourth side wall panel and a second bottom panel. The first and second bottom panels being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels, the triangular subpanel having one side thereof being formed by a cut and one side thereof being formed by a fold line, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel. The disclosure also relates to a package insert and a package.

Description

BLANK FOR FORMING AN INSERT, A PACKAGE INSERT AND A PACKAGE Field of invention The invention relates to a blank for forming an insert for an insulated package. The insert formed by the blank is especially suitable for use in a package for keeping goods at a controlled temperature. The invention also relates to a package insert and to a package.
Technical Background When designing a package and/or an insert for a package it is often desirous to take into account a number of different design criteria. The package and/or insert should e.g. often be designed such that it makes efficient use of material, is easy to prepare for use, and facilitate efficient transportation and storing before being prepared for use. lt is common that a package or insert is provided with insulating properties. To provide a package having insulating properties or to provide an insert acting as an insulant for a package, it is common to form an insulating space between two or more panels of the package and/or insert. Packages made with such a blank with insulating spaces are beneficial since they are often easy to manufacture and assemble.
There exist numerous attempts to address the above design criteria in connection to designing an insulating package.
JP2017007730 discloses a packaging box including an outer box and an inner box being separate from each other, wherein the inner box is assembled using inner box formation pieces formed by punching a blank sheet.
WO20016413 discloses a method of making a disposable double walled structure comprising an inner wall portion surrounding a product space presenting a cross section and extending along an axial direction,perpendicular to the cross section, between first and second axially spaced apart portions, and an outer wall portion at least partially surrounding the inner wall portion, wherein an insulating space is formed between the inner and outer wall portions. US2020180807 discloses a case for beverage containers comprising a single continuous waterproof surface having walls and a floor and defining a container space, the container space being expandable by the movement of at least one of the walls so as to expand the container space. lt may be noted that none of the prior art documents discloses a package which adequately addresses the set of design criteria that the package should make efficient use of the material, be easy to transport to the point of use, be easy to erect, and provide a stable and strong protective structure. Thus, there is still a room for an improved blank for forming an insulated package when it comes to adequately addressing at least some of the design criteria mentioned above.
Summary of invention ln view of that stated above, the object of the present invention is to provide a solution to the desire to provide insulating properties to a package, which solution addresses the design criteria that the package and/or insert for the package should be easy to erect, make efficient use of material, and facilitate efficient transportation and storing.
To achieve at least one of the above objects and also other objects that will be evident from the following description, a blank for forming an insert for a package having the features defined in claim 1 is provided according to the present invention. Preferred embodiments of the device will be evident from the dependent claims.
According to a first aspect there is provided a blank for forming an insert for an insulated package, the blank comprising: a paper-based layer, and an insulating layer attached to at least portions of the paper- based layer on a first major side of the paper-based layer.The paper-based layer comprises: a first set of panels including a first side wall panel, a first bottom panel and a second side wall panel arranged one after another along a longitudinal direction, and a second set of panels including a third side wall panel, a second bottom panel and a fourth side wall panel arranged one after another along the longitudinal direction, wherein the first and second set of panels are arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction.
The insulating layer is at least provided on the first major side of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panels.
The paper-based layer further comprises: the first and second bottom panels being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels, and the triangular subpanel having one side thereof being formed by a cut and one side thereof being formed by a fold line, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel.
Thereby, it is facilitated to provide an insert which makes efficient use of material, which is easy to erect, and which facilitates efficient transportation and storing. The thus provided blank may form an insert for a package with insulating properties while still being space efficient before being erected for use as an insert in a package.
All side wall panels of the first and of the second set of panels are folded in the same direction relative to the blank which makes it possible to make efficient use of flutes of a corrugated cardboard material and since the second set is rotated relative to the first set as the insert is erected into an insert there is provided sturdiness to the insert in both directions. By all side wall panels being folded in the same direction, the assembly of the insert may be facilitated. The provided blank may facilitate transportation of the insert in an unfolded state. lt may in this context be noted that the provision of the two sets of panels being interconnected in the above disclosed manner allows theblank to assume a generally rectangular configuration, which allows for a space efficient transportation of the blanks in the flat-lad state.
By the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel, the assembly of the insert is facilitated. The configuration further allows for the insulating layer to be positioned collectively on the same side in the flat-laid state and still end up on the same side when the package insert has been erected. ln other words, all panels comprising an insulating layer will have the insulating layer facing inwardly, or alternatively all the panels will have the insulating facing outwardly, while in erected state.
By the blank comprising a paper-based layer, a stable structure may be provided. Paper-based material is lightweight which further facilitates transportation of the insert in an unfolded state. lt is preferred that the paper- based material comprises a corrugated layer in which flutes of the corrugated layer extend along the longitudinal direction. By this, the first, second, third and fourth may be folded against the first and second bottom panels such that the fold lines are transverse to the flutes. Thus, a sturdy insert is facilitated.
By the blank comprising an insulating layer attached to at least portions of the paper-based layer, insulating properties are provided and the pieces providing the insulating layer is kept in the intended position also during transportation of the blank in the flat-laid state.
The insulating layer may further be provided on one of the first and second bottom panels. By the insulating layer being provided on one of the bottom panels, the insulating properties of the insert increase since there is an added area of insulation. Moreover, since the insulating layer is provided on one of the bottom panels, the piece providing the insulating layer is kept in the intended position also during transportation of the blank in the flat-laid state rather than being a separate piece which is easily lost.
The paper-based material may have a first thickness and the insulating layer may have a second thickness, wherein the second thickness is between five and thirty-five times the first thickness. By the insulating layer having a larger thickness than the paper-based material, the insulatingproperties of the insert is achieved while the insert facilitates efficient transportation and storing by the combined thickness of the first and second thickness being minimized.
The insulating layer may be made from a foam material. By the insulating layer being made from a foam material, the space-efficient properties of the insert are improved, since the foam will trap air and will prevent or at least decrease air movement, and thereby there is no need for a large amount of free air being housed between panels of the insert to achieve the desired insulating properties.
The first major side may be intended to face inwardly when the blank has been erected into a package insert, and the first and the second bottom panels are directly connected to each other by the triangular subpanel. By this configuration the assembly of the insert and the positioning of the insulating layer is facilitated. ln this configuration, the insulating layer may be provided on the second bottom panel. The first major side and the second bottom panel is in connection when the blank has been erected, forming the inside of the insert. This configuration makes it easy to provide a design in which the insulating layer, attached on the major side of the side wall panels, and the insulating layer of the second bottom panel forms a continuous wall forming the bottom and side walls when the blank has been erected, thereby ensuring the insulating properties of the package insert. lt is also facilitated to design the blank such that the continuous wall forming the bottom and side walls has a wall thickness essentially being equal to the sum of the thickness of the inswafinglayerandthethmknessoffluapapenbasedlayeraßointhejokfis between the bottom wall and the respective side wall. ln this configuration, the insulating layer preferably has a transversal extension equal to the transversal extension of the respective panel to which it is attached.
The insulating layer is preferably provided on the second bottom panel.
Thetnangwarsubpanelmayberwowdedonthesecondboüon1paneL and the insulating layer may be attached to the second bottom panel on parts of the first major surface of the second bottom panel excluding the triangular subpaneLBy this, it is enabled that the blank makes efficient use of material. By the triangular subpanel not being attached to the insulating layer, the possibility of folding of the fold line of the triangular subpanel is maintained, ensuring the first and second bottom panel closely abutting each other in the erected state. Thus, an easy to erect blank is facilitated.
The triangular subpanel may be provided on the first bottom panel, and the insulating layer may be attached to the second bottom panel.
The first major side may be intended to face outwardly when the blank has been erected into a package insert, and the first and the second bottom panels are connected to each other by an offset panel being connected to the triangular subpanel, the offset panel providing a transversal separation between the first and second bottom panels. lt may be noted that in this configuration, the insulating layer attached to the first bottom panels and to the respective side wall panel of the first set of panels preferably has a greater extension in the transversal direction compared to the panel to which it is attached. Preferably it extends a distance as seen in both transversal directions past both the longitudinally extending edges of the respective panel. The distance in each transversal direction is preferably about the same as the material thickness of the insulating layer. The insulating layer attached to the side wall panels of the second set of panels preferably has a transversal extension being equal to the transversal extension of the respective side wall panel. Thereby will the insulating layers of the different panels overlap such that there is formed a continuous wall having a wall thickness about equal to the sum of the thickness of the thickness of the insulating layer and the thickness of the paper-based layer.
The insulating layer is preferably provided on the first bottom panel. ln this configuration, the triangular subpanel may be at least partly formed in the second bottom panel and the insulating layer may be provided on or attached to the first bottom panel.
Alternatively, the triangular subpanel may be at least partly formed in the first bottom panel and the insulating layer may be attached to the firstbottom panel on parts of the first major surface of the first bottom panel excluding the triangular subpanel.
By the offset panel connecting the triangular subpanel to one of the first and second bottom panels, the intended assembly of the blank is ensured, since the difference between the first and second thickness of the paper-based material and the insulating layer respectively is compensated for by the offset panel. The offset panel may e.g._, be generally shaped as a rectangle.
The offset panel may have a length in the transversal direction, the length being selected with regard to the first and second thickness such that the insulating layer of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panels at least partly overlap in a circumferential direction when the blank has been erected. Thereby the insulating properties of the package insert are ensured.
The triangular subpanel may be asymmetrically positioned within the perimeter of one of the first and second bottom panels in the sense that it is positioned closer to one of the second or fourth side wall panels than to one of the first or third side wall panels as seen along the longitudinal direction. Thus, in short, the triangular subpanel may be asymmetrically positioned within the perimeter of one of the first and second bottom panels as seen along the longitudinal direction.
A locking tab may be provided in at least one of the first or second side wall panels, and a locking cut-out may be provided in at least one of the third or fourth side wall panels, or vice versa. The locking tab and locking cut-out are positioned relative to each other such that the locking tab becomes in register with and is insertable into the locking cut-out when the blank is erected into a package insert.
By the provision of a locking tab and a locking cut-out to lock the side wall panels in a desired place, the insert may be erected and kept in desired form without the use of any adhesive, hence the assembly thereof may be facilitated.
The blank may be erected and form a package insert. Thus, it may also be said that there is provided a package insert formed from a blank ithe package insert formed by: erecting the third and fourth x side wall panels, positioning the second bottom panel on top of and in a rotated position relative the first bottom panel by folding the fold line of the triangular subpanel such that the first and second bottom panels forms a double floor panel, and erecting the first and second side wall panels.
The insert may be positioned inside an outer package to form a package. Thus, it may also be said that there is provided a package comprising: an outer package, and a package insert inserted into the outer package.
By providing an outer package, structural support for the package insert is provided. The outer package may comprise a paper-based material. The outer package may comprise material suitable for protecting goods stored in the package, such as for instance a Waterproof or shock-proof material.
The package may further comprise a lid suitable to seal the package insert and/or the package. The lid may be provided with insulating properties. The lid may be provided with Waterproof or shock-proof properties. The lid may prevent goods stored in the package from falling out.
Generally, all terms used in the claims are to be interpreted according to their ordinary meaning in the technical field, unless explicitly defined otherwise herein. All references to "a/an/the [element, device, component, means, step, etc]" are to be interpreted openly as referring to at least one instance of said element, device, component, means, step, etc., unless explicitly stated otherwise. The steps of any method disclosed herein do not have to be performed in the exact order disclosed, unless explicitly stated.
The invention may also in short be said to relate to a blank for forming an insert for an insulated package, the blank comprising a paper-based layer,and an insulating layer, the paper-based layer comprising a first set of panels and a second set of panels being arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction. The first set of panels comprising a first and second side wall panel and a first bottom panel, and the second set of panels comprising a third and fourth side wall panel and a second bottom panel. The first and second bottom panels being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels, the triangular subpanel having one side thereof being formed by a cut and one side thereof being formed by a fold line, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel.

Detailed description of preferred embodiments The present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which currently preferred embodiments of the invention are shown. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Figs. 1 and 2 illustrate two slightly different embodiments ofa blank 1000 for forming an insert 3200. The blank 1000 comprises a paper-based layer 100, and an insulating layer 200 attached to at least portions of the paper-based layer 100 on a first major side 300 of the paper-based layer The paper-based-layer 100 comprises a first set of panels 110 including a first side wall panel 111, a first bottom panel 113 and a second side wall panel 112 arranged in said order one after another along a longitudinal direction L. The paper-based-layer 100 further comprises a second set of panels 120 including a third side wall panel 121, a second bottom panel 123 and a fourth side wall panel 122 arranged in said order one after another along the longitudinal direction L. The first and second set of panels 120 are arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction T. -,-The insulating layer 200 is at least provided on the first major side 300 of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panels 111, 112, 121, The first and second bottom panels 113, 123 are connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel 130 at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels 113, 123. The triangular subpanel 130 has one side thereof being formed by a cut 130c and one side thereof being formed by a fold line 130f, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other one of the first and second bottom panel The insulating layer 200 may be further provided on one of the first and second bottom panel 113, The paper-based material may have a first thickness 100t and the insulating layer 200 may have a second thickness 200t. The second thickness 200t may be between five and thirty-five times the first thickness 100t.
The triangular subpanel 130 may be asymmetrically positioned within the perimeter of one of the first and second bottom panels 113, 123 as seen along the longitudinal direction. Thus, the triangular subpanel 130 may be asymmetrically positioned within the perimeter of one of the first and secondbottom panels 113, 123 in the sense that it may be positioned closer to one of the second or fourth side wall panels 112, 122 than to one of the first or third side wall panels 111, 121 as seen along the longitudinal direction.
The first major side 300 may be intended to face inwardly when the blank 1000 has been erected into a package insert. The first and the second bottom panels 113, 123s may be directly connected to each other by the triangular subpanel 130. Such a design is shown in Figs. 3a-c. The blank 1000 as illustrated in Fig.1 may be used to be erected into such an insert for a package Fig. 3a illustrates the blank 1000 after erecting the third and fourth side wall panels 121, Fig. 3b illustrates the blank 1000 after positioning the second bottom panel 123 on top of and in a rotated position relative the first bottom panel 113 by folding the fold line 130f of the triangular subpanel 130 such that the first and second bottom panels forms a double floor panel.

The first major side 300 may be intended to face outwardly when the blank 1000 has been erected into a package insert, and the first and the second bottom panels 113, 123 may be connected to each other by an offset panel 140 being connected to the triangular subpanel 130, the offset panel 140 providing a transversal separation between the first and second bottom panels 113, 123. Such a design is shown in Figs. 4a-b. The blank 1000 as illustrated in Fig.2 may be used to be erected into such an insert for a package Fig. 4a illustrates the blank 1000 after erecting the third and fourth side wall panels 121, Fig 4b. illustrates the blank 1000 forming a package insert after positioning the second bottom panel 123 on top of and in a rotated position relative the first bottom panel 113 by folding the fold line 130f of the triangular subpanel 130 such that the first and second bottom panels forms a double floor panel, and erecting the first and second side wall panels The triangular subpanel 130 may as shown in Fig. 2 be at least partly formed in the second bottom panel 123 and the insulating layer 200 may be further provided on the first bottom panel 113. Alternatively, the triangular subpanel 130 may be at least partly formed in the first bottom panel 113 and the insulating layer 200 may be attached to the first bottom panel 113 on parts of the first major surface of the first bottom panel excluding the triangular subpanel By the second bottom panel 123 being positioned on top of the first bottom panel 113 when the package insert 3200 has been erected, and the insulating layer 200 being attached to the first bottom panel 123, it is ensured that all panels facing outwardly in assembled state 111, 112, 121, 122, 123 are provided with the insulating layer 200 such that the insulating layer 200 lines the outside of the erected package insertThe offset panel 140 may have a length 140L in the transversal direction T, the length 140L being selected with regard to the first and second thickness 200t such that the insulating layer 200 of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panel at least partly overlap in a circumferential direction when the blank 1000 has been erected.
As is best shown in Fig. 2, the insulating layer attached to the first bottom panels and to the respective side wall panel of the first set of panels preferably has a greater extension in the transversal direction compared to the panel to which it is attached. Preferably it extends a distance as seen in both transversal directions past both the longitudinally extending edges of the respective panel. The distance in each transversal direction is preferably about the same as the material thickness of the insulating layer. The insulating layer attached to the side wall panels of the second set of panels preferably has a transversal extension being equal to the transversal extension of the respective side wall panel. Thereby will the insulating layers of the different panels overlap such that there is formed a continuous wall having a wall thickness about equal to the sum of the thickness of the thickness of the insulating layer and the thickness of the paper-based layer.
The blank 1000 may comprise a locking tab 111a, 112a, provided in at least one of the first or second side wall panels 111, 112, and a locking cut- out 121a, 122a provided in at least one of the third or fourth side wall panels 121, 122. Alternatively, the locking cut-out 121a, 122a may be provided in at least one of the first or second side wall panels 111, 112, and the locking tab 111a, 112a may be provided in at least one of the third orfourth side wall panels121, The locking tab 111a, 112a and locking cut-out 121a, 122a may be positioned relative to each other such that the locking tab 111a, 112a becomes in register with and is insertable into the locking cut-out 121a, 122a when the blank 1000 has been erected into a package insert. The configuration of at least one locking tab 111a, 112a and at least one locking cut-out 121a, 122a may provide a sturdy insert that is stable, and easy to place in any package or box.The provision of locking tab and locking cut-out is shown in connection with the embodiment of Fig. 2 but it is generally applicable, and it may e.g. also be used in an embodiment of the kind disclosed in Fig.
Fig. 5 illustrates a package 3000 comprising an outer package 3100 and a package insert 3200 inserted into the outer package.
The package insert 3200 may as discussed above be formed by erecting the third and fourth side wall panels 121, 122, positioning the second bottom panel 123 on top of and in a rotated position relative the first bottom panel 113 by folding the fold line 130f of the triangular subpanel 130 such that the first and second bottom panels forms a double floor panel, and erecting the first and second side wall panels The package 3000 may further comprise a lid 3300. The lid 3300 may be suitable to seal the package insert 3200 and/or the package 3000. The lid is preferably formed of or comprises an insulating layer. Preferably the insulating layer has a planar extension such that it will fit into the perimeter formed by the side walls of the insert 3200. The insulating layer may have a shoulder or be attached to another layer having a larger planar extension such that it will remain on top of the insert 3200. This layer may e.g. be a paper-based layer.
The blank 1000, and thereby the package insert 3200, may be made of a paper-based material. The paper-based material may comprise a corrugated layer which flutes. The flutes of the corrugated layer may extend along the longitudinal direction L.
The insulating layer 200 may be made from a foam material. The insulating layer may be made from a wood fibre-based material such as cellulose, cellulose foam, wood foam, formed fibre, fibre sheets or fibre mats. Alternatively or additionally, the insulating layer may be from a plastic based material such as polyethene foam or expanded polystyrene. The insulating layer may be from a biocomposite material such as for instance wood foam.
Fig. 6 illustrates a stack of packages 3000 on a pallet. lt will be appreciated that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown. Several modifications and variations are thus conceivable within the scope of the present invention.
The person skilled in the art realizes that the present invention by no means is limited to the preferred embodiments described above. On the contrary, many modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the appended claims.
Additionally, variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by the skilled person in practicing the claimed invention, from a study of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. ln the claims, the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the indefinite article "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. The mere fact that certain measures are recited in mutually different dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of these measured cannot be used to advantage.

Claims (16)

1. A blank (1000) for forming an insert for an insulated package, the blank (1000) comprising: a paper-based layer (100), and an insulating layer (200) attached to at least portions of the paper-based layer (100) on a first major side (300) of the paper-based layer (100), wherein the paper-based layer (100) comprises: a first setofpanels (110) including a first side wall panel (111), a first bottom panel (113) and a second side wall panel (112) arranged one after another along a longitudinal direction (L), a second set of panels (120) including a third side wall panel (121), a second bottom panel (123) and a fourth side wall panel (122) arranged one after another along the longitudinal direction (L), wherein the first and second set of panels (120) being arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction (T), wherein said insulating layer (200) is at least provided on the first major side (300) of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panels (111, 112, 121, 122), paper-based layer (100) further comprises: the first and second bottom panels (113, 123) being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel (130) at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels (113, 123), the triangular subpanel (130) having one side thereof being formed by a cut (130c) and one side thereof being formed by a fold line (130f), whereby one of the first and second bottom panel (_'_“š__j§__;§_,__123) being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel (113, ~123).
2. Blank (1000) according to claim 1, wherein said insulating layer (200) is further provided on one of the first and second bottom panel (113, 123).
3. Blank (1000) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the paper-based material has a first thickness (100t) and the insulating layer (200) has a second thickness (200t), wherein the second thickness (200t) is between five and thirty-five times the first thickness (100t).
4. Blank (1000) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the insulating layer (200) is made from a foam material.
5. Blank (1000) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first major side (300) is intended to face inwardly when the blank (1000) has been erected into a package insert (3200), and the first and the second bottom panels (113, are directly connected to each other by the triangular subpanel (130).
6. Blank (1000) according to claim 5, wherein the insulating layer (200) is provided on the second bottom panel (123).
7. Blank (1000) according to claim 6, wherein the triangular subpanel (130) is at least partly formed in the second bottom panel (123) and the insulating layer (200) is attached to the second bottom panel (123) on parts of the first major surface (300) of the second bottom panel (123) excluding the triangular subpanel (130).
8. Blank (1000) according to claim 6, wherein the triangular subpanel (130) is at least partly formed in the first bottom panel (113) and the insulating layer (200) is provided on the second bottom panel (

Blank (1000) according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first major side (300) is intended to face outwardly when the blank (1000) has been erected into a package insert, and the first and the second bottom panels (113, 123) are connected to each other by an offset panel (140) being connected to the triangular subpanel (130), the offset panel (140) providing a transversal separation between the first and second bottom panels (113, 123).
10. Blank (1000) according to claim 9, wherein the triangular subpanel (130) is at least partly formed in the second bottom panel (123) and the insulating layer (200) is further provided on the first bottom panel (113).
11. Blank (1000) according to claim 9, wherein the triangular subpanel (130) is at least partly formed in the first bottom panel (113) and the insulating layer (200) is attached to the first bottom panel (113) on parts of the first major surface of the first bottom panel excluding the triangular subpanel (130).

Blank (1000) according to any of claims 9-11 wherein the offset panel (140) has a length (140L) in the transversal direction (T), the length (140L) being selected with regard to the first and second thickness (200t) such that the insulating layer (200) of the first, second, third and fourth side wall panel (122)s at least partly overlap in a circumferential direction when the blank (1000) has been erected.
13. Blank (1000) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the triangular subpanel (130) is asymmetrically positioned within the perimeter of one of the first and second bottom panels (113, 123) in the sense that it is positioned closer to one of the second or fourth side wall panels (112, 122) than to one of the first or third side wall panels (111, 121) as seen along the longitudinal direction.
14. Blank (1000) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a locking tab (111a, 112a) is provided in at least one of the first or second side wall panels (111, 112), and a Iocking cut-out (121a, 122a) is provided in at least one of the third or fourth side wall panels (121, 122), or vice versa, wherein the Iocking tab (111a, 112a) and locking cut-out (121a, 122a) are positioned relative to each other such that the locking tab (111a, 112a) becomes in register with and is insertable into the locking cut-out (121a, 122a) when the blank (1000) is erected into a package insert.
15. Package insert (3200) formed from a blank (1000) according to any the third and fourth side wall panels (121, 122) second bottom panel (123) top of and in a rotated position relative the first bottom panel (113) by fold line (130f) of the triangular subpanel (130) that the first forms a double floor panel, and second bottom panels the first and second side wall panels
16. Package (3000) comprising: an outer package (3100); a package insert (3200) according to claim 15 inserted into the outer package (3100).
