Claims (14)

1. Ett förfarande för att avskräcka Drosophila suzukii, innefattande tillhandahållande av eneffektiv dos av cis-4-undecenal, eller en prekursor som ger cis-4-undecenal genomautooxidation, vid en plats från vilken Drosophila suzukii skall avskräckas.

3. Förfarandet enligt något föregående krav, varvid prekursorn är en (Z,Z,Z)-7,11,15-trien,såsom (Z,Z,Z)-7,11,15-dokosatrien, eller en (Z,Z)-7,11-dien såsom (Z,Z)-7,11-oktadekadieneller (Z,Z)-7,11-heptakosadien.

6. Förfarandet enligt krav 4, varvid cis-4-undecenal tillhandahålls i en dos av åtminstone 0,7pg cis-4-undecenal per m2 fruktyta, företrädesvis åtminstone 3,5 pg cis-4-undecenal per m2fruktyta, mer företrädesvis åtminstone 7 pg cis-4-undecenal per m2 fruktyta.
7. Förfarandet enligt något av kraven 1-6, varvid cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn appliceras,såsom genom sprutning eller doppning, i eller på platsen, eller alternativt eller i tillägg, varvid cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn tillhandahålls i endispenser anordnad på platsen, varvid dispensern är konfigurerad att frisätta cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn, eller alternativt eller i tillägg, varvid cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn tillhandahålls genomatt syntetiseras av en växt eller mikroorganism, mer företrädesvis av en jäst eller annanmikroorganism, tillhandahållen på platsen, varvid genomet hos växten ellermikroorganismen innefattar en gen som får växten att producera och frigöra cis-4-undecenaleller prekursorn.
8. Avskräckningssammansättning för att avskräcka Drosophila suzukii, varvidavskräckningssammansättningen innefattar cis-4-undecenal eller en prekursor som ger cis-4- undecenal genom autooxidation, löst i ett lösningsmedel, varvid prekursorn företrädesvis ären (Z,Z,Z)- 7,11,15-trien, såsom (Z,Z,Z)-7,11,15-dokosatrien, eller en (Z,Z)-7,11-dien såsom(Z,Z)-7,11 -oktadekadien eller (Z,Z)-7,11-heptakosadien, och varvidavskräckningssammansättningen vidare innefattar en viskositetshöjande förening som närden ingår i avskräckningssammansättningen ökar viskositeten hosavskräckningssammansättningen.

En anordning för att avskräcka Drosophila suzukii, varvid anordningen innefattar cis-4-undecenal eller en prekursor som ger cis-4-undecenal genom autooxidation, varvidprekursorn företrädesvis är en (Z,Z,Z)-7,11,15-trien såsom (Z,Z,Z)-7,11,15-dokosatrien, elleren (Z,Z)-7,11-dien såsom (Z,Z)-7,11-oktadekadien eller (Z,Z) -7,11-heptakosadien, och varvidanordningen innefattar en dispenser innefattande en styv eller icke-styv behållare som haren vägg som definierar en inre volym som håller cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn, varvidåtminstone en del av väggen är permeabel för cis-4-undecenal eller prekursorn.
