Claims (21)
1. Ett förfarande för att framställa en komposition innefattande depolymeriseratlignin och ett lösningsmedel där det depolymeriserade ligninet har en viktmedelmolekylvikt av 250-650g/ mol där förfarandet innefattar: -tillsättning av svartlut eller rödlut till en behållare; -försegling av behållaren; -värmning av svart- eller rödluten till 360°C till 420°C för att depolymeriseraligninet till en molekylvikt av 250-650g/ mol för att bilda depolymeriserat lignin; -isolering av det depolymeriserade ligninet; -återföring av kokkemikalier separerade från kompositionen av depolymeriserat lignin till sodapannan vid pappersmassabruket; och -blandning av det depolymeriserade ligninet med ett lösningsmedel; där ingen katalysator av övergångsmetall tillsätts och där lösningsmedlet är enbärarvätska vald från kolväteolja som är i vätskafas under 80°C och har en kokpunkt av 177-371°C.
2. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 1 där svartluten är svag eller tunn svartlut.
3. Förfarandet enligt något av patentkrav 1 till 2 där halten fast material i svartluten är 15 vikt% eller lägre, så som1O vikt% eller lägre.
4. Förfarandet enligt något av patentkravl till 3 där isoleringen av det depolymeriserade ligninet är utfört genom att använda vätske/vätske-extraktion.
5. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 4 där etylacetat, diklormetan eller toluen används som extraktionslösningsmedel.
6. Förfarandet enligt något av föregående patentkrav där trycket i den förseglade behållaren är 5 bar eller högre, eller 10bar eller högre, eller 20bar eller högre, eller 30bar eller högre, eller 40bar eller högre, eller 50bar eller högre, eller 60bär ellerhögre, men företrädesvis inte högre än 200bar, eller 180bar eller lägre, eller 150bareller lägre, eller 120bar eller lägre, eller 100bar eller lägre, eller 80 bar eller lägre, eller 65 bär eller lägre.
7. Förfarandet enligt något av föregående patentkrav där temperaturen är 370°C eller högre.
