Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för termisk behandling av fuktigt organiskt material, speciellt organisktmaterial innehållande biomassa, varvid det fuktiga organiska materialet förs in i en tork-kammare i vilken en torkgas cirkuleras mellan det organiska materialet och en värmeväx-lare för att överföra värme till det organiska materialet, och varvid ånga som bildas undertorkning av det organiska materialet bringas i kontakt med en adsorbent för att återvinnavärme för att upprätthålla torkprocessen genom återvärmning av den cirkulerande gasen,k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att efter torkning i torkkammaren bringas det organiska materi-alet till en rostningskammare i vilken gas (ånga) som ursprungligen kommer från torkkam-maren värms och förs genom materialet så att temperaturen hos det organiska materialetökas till omkring 250°C, varigenom det organiska materialet släpper ut gaser innefattande i huvudsak vatten, kolmonoxid, organiska syror, metanol och ammoniak.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, varvid det organiska materialet hålls kvari rostningskammaren under en begränsad tidsperiod av 10-200 min.
3. Förfarande enligt krav 1 eller 2, varvid värmningen av materialet i rostningskammaren utförs under en tvingad konvektion av en värmd gas genom rostningskammaren.
4. Förfarande enligt något av de förgående kraven, varvid det organiska materialet förs in ien karboniseringskammare efter rostningskammaren, i vilken temperaturen hos det orga-niska materialet ökas ytterligare, initialt till en temperatur av omkring 350-450°C, genom användning av en värmd gas under tvingad konvektion, varvid gasen huvudsakligen består av ånga som härstammar från torkkammaren.
5. Förfarande enligt krav 4, varvid det organiska materialet hålls i en fast bädd genom vil- ken den värmda gasen tvingas passera.
6. Förfarande enligt krav 5, varvid vätska som bildats från det organiska materialet dräne- ras ut från det organiska materialet i den fasta bädden för att samlas in. ”160512 kravöversättning.20160513095549621, 2016-05-12
7. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 4 till 6, varvid det organiska materialet efter den initi-ala värmningen i karboniseringskammaren till en temperatur av åtminstone 350-450°Cvärms ytterligare till en högre temperatur för en slutlig karbonisering av det organiska materialet.
8. Förfarande enligt krav 7, varvid den initiala värmningen och den ytterligare värmningenutförs i separata zoneri karboniseringskammaren, och varvid den värmda gasen har olika temperaturer i de separata zonerna.
9. Förfarande enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid komponenterna i gaserna somavges från det organiska materialet i rostningskammaren och/eller karboniseringskamma- ren absorberas selektivt i polära och icke-polära lösningsmedel.
10. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 4 till 9, varvid karboniserat organiskt material efterkarboniseringskammaren förs in i en kylkammare i vilken det karboniserade materialet till- låts svalna genom en forcerad cirkulation av en kylgas.
11. Förfarande enligt krav 10, varvid kylgasen är en del av torkgasen från torkkammaren med en liten tillsats av luft för att bränna hetfläckar (hot spots) i materialet.
12. Förfarande enligt krav 6, varvid vätskeinnehållet som samlas in är tjära.
