Description
The invention relates to a mounting distance for mounting mounting of facade cladding, in particular a mounting distance which forms part of a facade cladding system, where the mounting distance is arranged to be fastened to a facade cladding of a building cladding for example. stones on the cradle, in particular stones of the type which include horizontally elongated façade stones of a stone material. Separately, the distance is intended Mr to also support or form part of a bar plant for hanging mounting of a facade cladding on the cradle where the facade cladding is suspended mounted at a certain distance from the cradle. A number of mounting distances are used to support the facade cladding and the number varies depending on the type and particular weight of facade cladding, where a heavier facade cladding requires a larger number of mounting distances than a lighter one.
Such facade claddings and facade cladding systems are known from, for example, EP 1 027 507 B1 and EP 0 556 264 B1.
Typical facade tiles or stones covered by this description have a rectangular shape and usually have a greater width than M.O. Typically, the stones measure 600 * 100 mm, but there is awn a need for larger stones, why stones with double that height, ie. which feeds 600 * 200 mm aven salufors. The tiles or stones are mounted so that the façade is ventilated, in that the tiles or stones are mounted at a distance from the cradle of the building, for example 250 mm, through the mounting distances. This distance provides a ventilated space between the facade cladding and the building's cradle, but the space may also contain insulation material, for example 200 mm insulation material such as glass wool and a 50 mm freely ventilated space into which air can enter for ventilation thereof.
The weight of the stones requires that when the choices are mounted, they must be well anchored to the cradle and the bare structure that includes the mounting distances must have sufficient strength to mount the facade tiles or stones, which facade can have a weight of 50 kg / m2, or even higher. 1 Pga. the weight of the facade slabs or stones must be bare, especially the mounting distance that can be subjected to a fairly large bending moment, have a sufficient strength, especially sufficient Wig bending stiffness, to support the weight of the facade cladding 5 and the part of the bar that is fixed to the mounting distance stuck in the wall of the building, dven for a long period of time, typically in the decades without causing problems due to. that tiles or stones move, typically that they hang down due to. the high weight, which can cause problems such as water varnishing, stones or tiles coming loose, etc. Other types of facade cladding, such as slab facades, require good anchoring even if they are usually lighter than stone facades, for example to withstand movements, due to cold, heat, water and wind.
Even simple and fast handling of the bare structure, including the mounting distance when mounting the facade cladding, are difficult functions, ie. it is often a requirement that the mounting distance is easy to mount against the cradle, both Mr professionals and sjdlybyggare, and that it does not carry too heavy, but the spirit has a considerable strength.
The invention provides a mounting distance that includes improvements in prior art prior to service life, handling and price.
Brief description The invention relates to a mounting distance for mounting suspension-mounted facade claddings on the wall of a building. The mounting distance comprises a first and a second substantially flat elongate leg, where the first leg has a first length with a first width, and the second leg has a second length and a second width and which legs are arranged against each other to form an elongate thin plate structure with an L-shaped cross section. The first leg has a length which is substantially equal to the length of the second leg, and where the first leg and the second leg are embedded, in one part it is bent substantially towards its plane so that bathing the legs after bending is substantially 2 the same length and is bent together to provide a two-layered support mounting plate Mr mounting of the mounting distance to the cradle.
The mounting distance is typically made of thin plate, for example of thin steel plate 5 of 0.5 - 1.5 mm thickness. In this context, the term "thin plate" means a thickness between 0.5 - 3 mm, preferably 0.5 - 1.5 mm.
The mounting distance according to the invention achieves the goal that the suspension-mounted facade cladding and the accompanying facade system components are prevented from moving, at least to the extent that the facade cladding is damaged. The mounting distance according to the invention is hall-fixed due to the two-layer standing mounting plate which secures the mounting distance to the cradle and the strong L-shaped cross-section in the part of the mounting distance projecting from the cradle. The mounting distance is also cheap to manufacture and easy to handle compared to hitherto known mounting distances due to. the thin plate that is cheap, simple and easy (including light weight) to handle and machine (easy to drill and cut with hand tools) compared to kanda mounting distances which normally need to be thicker to give the same half strength. They then become more expensive (more material 5.tga.r), heavier (answering machine to handle) and thicker (answering machine to work with hand tools such as drilling machine, scissors etc.) Since the mounting distance is made of thin plate, it can be machined, for example cut with hand-held splicing tools such as a place shear. It is also easy to fasten other support members such as spacers, mounting profiles, etc. in that it is easy to use conventional fastening elements such as screws, rivets, etc. intended for thin plates.
Other advantages of the invention will be apparent from the detailed description and from the dependent claims.

The invention relates to a mounting spacer which in the drawing figures is exemplified by a mounting spacer 1 for mounting suspension-mounted facade cladding stones on the cradle of a building. The mounting distance 1 comprises a first 2 and a second 3 substantially flat elongated leg typically made of a corrosion-protected metal plate with a thickness t of 0.5 - 1.5 mm. The first leg 2, which in this figure is shown extended in a horizontal direction, has a first length L1 and a first width W1, which in this figure is shown extended in a vertical direction, and the second leg 3 has a second length L2, which is is shown extended in a horizontal direction and a second width W2, which has been shown extended in a horizontal direction. The legs 2 and 3 are arranged together, separately bent by one and the same metal plate, to form an elongated thin plate structure with an L-shaped cross-section T. The first length L1 is substantially equal to the second length L2, and the first leg 2 , and the second leg 3, each in a part 2a, 3a, is bent substantially perpendicular to its plane so that the legs 2, 3 after bending have substantially the same length, and bent together form a two-layered supporting mounting plate 4 for mounting the mounting distance 1 against the cradle. The first leg 2 is bent approximately at an angle α1 900 towards its plane and the second leg 3 is bent approximately downwards 900 at a second angle α2 towards its plane (See also Figure 2a). On this salt, a two-layer mounting plate 4 is provided, for mounting the mounting distance against a cradle (not shown in this figure) of a building (not shown in this figure) with a doubled thickness t2 = 2 * ti which has improved strength compared to a single-layer mounting plate by acting as a reinforcing and sturdy washer. In order to further increase the strength, the mounting plate 4 can also be riveted, or empty. welded at one or more points (not shown). In the embodiment shown in this figure, the mounting plate 4 is provided with means 5, hdr a hole typically with a diameter of 8 - 10 mm, to receive fixed means such as a screw (not shown) which can be screwed into the building cradle. The tail 5 and the fastening member can also give additional strength to the mounting distance 1 when it has been mounted. The field 5 can be arranged at any suitable position, typically offset to the other leg for increased strength. Typically, the tail 5 may be bellows about 25-45 mm from an inner corner 3b of the legs (see Figure 2b).
To further increase the strength, one of or both of the legs 2, 3 may be provided with additional reinforcements such as spurs, indentations or the like.
